On a cold winter's day, There will be more menus that warm your body, such as soups, hot pots, and soups, and more menus that you can enjoy freshly cooked dishes such as gratin. We're introducing dishware that feels warmth from its plump and round shape and recipes that enjoy the winter dining table.
Recipes
Soup pasta
Ingredients (1 serving)
●2 tbsps. My Home Made Pasta Sauce carbonara
● 50 g short pasta
● 50 g minced meat
● 20 g spinach
● 150 cc milk
● 1 tbsp. olive oil
<Instructions>
① Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat.
② Put milk, OUCHI pasta, minced meat of ❶ and spinach in a pan and heat. When warm, add boiled pasta and let it boil for a while.
Healthy sesame millet bowl with tuna and avocado
Ingredients (1 serving)
● 2 tbsps. dressing
● 150 g millet rice
● 50 g tuna
● 1/2 avocado
● 20 g green leaves
● Some Seaweed (nori)
<Instructions>
① Place millet rice in a bowl and put green leaves over it.
② Mix square-cut tuna and avocado with dressing. Place over ❶ and sprinkle with seaweed (nori).

This is a photo taken by a member with their own camera at the kiln!
In order to prevent breakage and facilitate underglazing, dried ware is fired at a relatively low temperature of approximately 920˚C〜980˚C. The kiln filled up from the bottom to the top of the shelves looks so artistic.It makes them satisfied when looking at the kiln filled up with items accumulated neatly.
