Kangkong, Coriander, and Tofu salad
The sesame dressing is excellent with tofu. The texture of walnuts adds a pleasant crunch to the dish.
Ingredients
Instructions
● Dressing ・・・3tablespoons and optional
● Water spinach・・・50g
● Cilantro・・・20g
● Tofu・・・100g
● Walnuts (nuts)・・・15g
①Cut the water spinach, cilantro into 3 cm width.
②Cut the tofu into big bite-size pieces.
③In a large bowl, add ❶, nuts and with dressing. Mix well.
③Top salad with tofu. Serve and drizzle over dressing.
