Mushrooms cut into small pieces are easy to eat and have a creamy finish with a cod roe flavor.
The other is mushrooms seasoned with a sweet and salty flavor that are very popular with both adults and children, and the taste and texture are outstanding!

Recipes
Mushroom Risotto with Tarako(Cod Roe)
・OUCHI PASTA・・・3 tablespoon
・Mushrooms・・・80g
・Unsalted butter・・・15g
・Rice・・・180g
・Water・・・150cc
・Grated cheese・・・ If desired.
<Instructions> for one kid
① Cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces.(Or cut mushrooms into quarters.)
②Heat a frying pan over medium to low heat, add butter, and sauté ❶ slowly.
When it becomes lightly browned, turn off the heat, add water and OUCHI PASTA, and heat gently to blend the flavors.
③Put ② on a plate and sprinkle grated cheese if you like.
Sesame Soy Sauce Mushrooms
・OUCHI PASTA・・・ 1 tablespoon
・Unsalted butter・・・15g
・Mushrooms…80g
・Water・・・1 tablespoon
・Fresh parsley・・・ If desired.
<Instructions> for one kid
① Cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces. (We recommend a width of about 5 mm when heating.)
② Heat a frying pan over medium to low heat, add butter and stir-fry ❶ slowly.
When lightly browned, turn off the heat and add water and OUCHI PASTA. Lightly heat to blend the flavors.
③ Put it in a bowl and sprinkle parsley if you like.
※Recommended for toppings such as pizza toast!
